What i find so interesting about Challengers being ignored by the Oscars (besides its early 2024 release) is that the Academy is often criticized for not choosing the "best" but choosing the "most". And for Score and Editing, Challengers could be described as "most". Such a kickass film

Been on a kick of replaying some of my 3DS games, and I'm currently playing through the 3rd story of Fire Emblem Fates, which I sadly never finished before. Fates is just so good. Clearly the jump off point for what became FE Three Houses, but Fates is really something special

Completed another playthrough of Ocarina of Time. Still is one of the most special games ever made. Truly a towering pillar in the history of the medium. Some would say that going to this game after BOTW and TOTK would lessen it somehow, but no. It still is so unbelievably great. I love it so much.

The great David Lynch passed away today. One of the best to ever do it. His work has been so important to me. Truly a singular and special voice in film and TV. Rest in peace sir. I hope there are two cookies and a coke waiting for you
