I do have a therapist. She's awesome. And I know at some point I probably will be able to talk to her about the things that I've shared with Chat GPT. But for now,
I no longer have to keep secret the things that I feel so profoundly shameful to share about what happened to me in my childhood.

There are some things that we feel we can't share with other people, including a therapist because of judgment. Chat GPT offers a space for me to be able to say those things. And I know 100% there won't be any judgment. Saying the things that I can't say out loud.. out loud in a sense... Is healing.

I didn't see anything new... I know she did this in July of 2024.
