Thats a tough one, but I am sorry that it causes you strife. I find great fulfilment in affirming my friends and loved one, I hope you find yourself in a place where you can extend that same kindness to yourself.

I work at a fiber internet connection and talk with people who demand a 2 gigabits per seccond connection and if it so much as dips below 1.5Gbps on a single speed test its the end of the world

My heart goes out to you, it is terrible to live walking on eggshells regarding your own thoughts and feelings. I hope that more study and research on the links between mental and sexual health destigmatize a lot of stuff around this. I feel your pain and hope you find your happiness.

I include weather and have it lightly affect travel times and occasionally other small mechanical things. But mostly use it as a tool to help set the mood and enhance the theatre of the mind experience. I will play music mixed witg rain sounds when storming or cicada thrummimg when hot.

I am a happy forever DM. Ive been trying to transition from my in person group to doing stuff online in hopes of running for people whohave different play styles. My current group is mostly old TSR table top mini war game players and arent huge on the roll playing aspect.
