The H line should be an E line extension

Of the routes that run all day it's probably the red line or the 465

Rookie numbers over here

Probably because it ends at Westgate Station, and you would need to transfer there to a 63 to get to Grand. This transfer can add a long time in the evening when the 63 is infrequent.

Neither of those are easy to access on transit from most of the city and an ice rink has the potential to attract a lot of teenagers who are too young to drive

All of the beaches on weekends

Do the 74 complaints only include light rail? You can also use that number to report issues on a bus and cars blocking bus stops and lanes.

Impound the vehicles

Depends where but most cities don't. Smaller cities sometimes do but often just on major roads.

Maybe once the 3a becomes the H line and runs more frequently than every 30 minutes but right now that seems like a bad idea
September 19, 2025 at 12:04 PM
Why not? I know very little about what would go into operating someting like this

Since the line only gets this ridership through the U and middle cars get trashed on the rest of the line when they are mostly empty would it be possible to run extra trips between Westgate and West Bank using three car trains? You could also double the frequency here with only two extra trains.

Doesn't UPS use exclusively union employees?

That seems fair since you can fit 5 people in a car and transit day passes for 5 people would cost $20

Maybe you should start the wedge live public private dock tour to raise awareness and annoy the nimbys
August 7, 2025 at 5:56 PM
So if I understood this correctly I can get a few friends, rent a canoe and use it to get to any of the docks on Cedar for a picnic or fishing or whatever else people use docks for?

I understand that MnDOT is not doing anything to make Snelling better but how will you be able to change this as a city council member? As you know people have been asking for years but they only pretend to act on community feedback and AFAIK the city has no formal power over MnDOT

Protected bike paths also save lives, even ones that are near trees.

I've noticed cars parked in these lanes about 50% of the time but 311 has been pretty good about ticketing them. I think the parking meters really confuse drivers.

I agree that it sucks but how would electing you to city council improve a state highway?
