These sound like what we call stacked townhouses in Canada, especially in Ontario. Usually three and a half storey structures with the lower unit featuring a half-basement, but you can increasingly find four storey configurations. Underground parking more common with the four storey models.

Les études pour les 2 derniers kilomètres du tracé du tramway de Gatineau-Ottawa, soit l’insertion à Ottawa via le pont Portage, seront financées par le fédéral au coût de 32 millions de $ selon la mise à jour économique. Le pont « multimodal » passant par l’Île Kettle dans l’est reprend vie aussi.

Studies for the last two kilometres of the Gatineau-Ottawa tram, the portion crossing over the Portage Bridge into Ottawa, will be fully funded by the federal government for $32 million in today’s fall economic statement. The new east end “multimodal” bridge has been brought back to life again.

Watching a webinar by Smart Density in Toronto about their work on Banpo-dong in Seoul. I appreciate their solution-oriented approach to a lot of the “feeling-based” urban notions of scale, streetscape, public space experience for high-density neighbourhoods.
