Underrated mindset hack: quitting a bad habit to can be REALLY hard.

Something that helps my dopa-addicted brain is to replace a bad habit with a slightly less bad habit. It's easy to look forward to that new slightly less bad habit, and then overtime you can just keep cycling to less bad habits
