How good of a policy change do you think it would be for other grids like CAISO?

I’m of the opinion that modern battery costs make curtailment less of a problem so it should be used more heavily.

ERCOT’s been able to have a lot of solar and wind additions to the grid because it grants interconnection on the condition that they have priority for curtailment, right?

IMO the abundance movement is almost always something that increases capital accumulation (very occasionally it is TFP based).

Everyone is disappointed you don’t have a take on NEPA.

The people need to know whether it should be repealed/reformulated or the government should have greater authority to create exemptions.
