This is pretty huge though. Alameda Landing was already upzoned to meet our last housing element but not the marina village shopping center or alameda college in Peralta could add student/teacher housing. This is within the circumference of another already planned project that could add floors.

My internet is faster than your internet. I can’t believe this is the speed I get on my MacBook at home in a suburban neighborhood in a house built in 1900. In 1997 I was happy to have 1mbps and I had the fastest internet in my entire school.
