Zac Blanchard is the Councilperson for Baltimore City’s Eleventh District. Building better neighborhoods through effective urban planning and policy.
In this role, he collaborated with Baltimore City Government, neighborhood leaders, and various stakeholders to enhance the living, working, and recreational conditions in Mount Vernon, Madison Park, Bolton Hill, and Charles North. Zac was inaugurated as Councilperson for District 11 in Dec. 2024.

Zac spent the final three years imparting knowledge on American Government and mentoring future Marines at the Naval Academy. Most recently, Zac was a volunteer with the Federal Hill Neighborhood Assn and vice President for Economic Development at the Midtown Community Benefits District.
