there's basically entire artists and genres that it seems to simply *never* choose to play that'd I'd almost forgotten about a bit. But then they come up regularly immediately in Navidrome. And I even have to go check in Spotify that they're not missing or something. but- nope. at least 30% ignored

i knew Spotify's shuffle was a bit sus but my GOD switching back to a real shuffle makes it clear just how bad it is. Like, to the point where I'm actually /angry/ about it.

Although I guess, if there's an alt bsky fed server that isn't so bad that's also an option? I usually forget that bsky is 'federated' and idk how stuff like the recent bans interact with that?
