This Trump ballroom project has me puzzled. 90,000 sf with a budget of $200M equals about $2,300/sf. That is nowhere close to reality. $500 - $750 / sf is. Also, a project of this magnitude is usually stuck in design /approvals / permits for 10 to 12 months.
