This is serious because I might actually relapse on self harm due to how worked up I’m getting, and my parents are here until Friday (my nana is watching me and my brothers) so I can’t go to my mom to vent and calm down. I’m very scared for myself

I would’ve said this on my main acc but I feel like more people know this one and will actually see this. Please help I am scared and crying and just generally worked up. I used discord to keep up with games I like and to talk to people. Now I’ve lost basically everything but a few servers .

I was randomly logged out of my discord account and the number I used for it I don’t have anymore and I don’t know what gmail I used so effectively I lost it. I was probably hacked which fucking sucks.
