So cut it out with these nonsense petitions. AT BEST you're wasting your time, and at worst you're asking the Court to worsen (in the wrong direction) the current Constitutional crisis.

It takes a little more time on the front end, but it cuts the time spent flogging nonsense and then arguing with people who know better than you do when they point out that it's bullshit.

If you see a petition being circulated online, CHECK to see where it originated, and CHECK to see if actual Constitutional scholars have signed on or endorsed it.

The ONLY way the Court can reverse its own decision is if someone brings a new suit, that then works its way up through the Courts of Appeals until SCOTUS agrees to hear it.

They don't. That's the point.
