I fully understand why people get mad (since me myself is also a Korean k-pop fan haha) but I also do think that people should focus more about their personality/music/works done rather than their private life (BUT only when they're focused into their job. If they are toooo into private life.. ugh)

Artists should be treated like human beings, not like perfect dolls who behave the way fans expect them to behave. Fans benefit because artists think this way, and those who have a personal relationship with them do not (they have no personal space).

His iconic song "Short Hair (단발머리)” became a hit. He wasn’t just a singer, but rather was a pioneer who proved that Korean popular music could evolve, experiment, and still resonate deeply with the public across generations (Not just this song but until recently he combined generations; (continued)

She complicated views on appropriation by redefining tradition rather than erasing it. So now I wonder, she adapting to colonial pressures? or was she reclaiming her heritage through new artistic forms?

#악단광칠 is a band that performs traditional Korean music in a modern way (no wonder the music is so addictive!). They grouped as a band in the Jeonggahoe in 2015, and made the name Gwangchil after that year was the 70th anniversary of liberation (광복절).

If you're not good at taking selfies, they teach you that. So accusing them FACTORY MADE? Could've only be done by someone absolutely doesn't knows about k-pop or this industry at all.

All the idols have their autonomy these days and their training systems are complicated. My favorite idol has said in their live show that the company made every single trainee's schedule differently. Like if someone's not good at language, they teach you that.
