Tried the lasso-fill method for drawing that's been trending lately.
pros:
- fast and intuitive
- good for depth & overlap
- good practice for enabling memory drawing
- easier shape design
limitation:
- might need a gestural phase + CSI shape abstraction to avoid stiffness

It took me 5 years to figure out I needed an additional step of "overpainting" to get the result on the RHS using LHS.
