Vicky Mboko told reporters in Montreal that her current plan is to skip Cincinnati so she has time to heal and rest the wrist she injured against Rybakina. Got an MRI and X-Ray on it this morning and got the green light to play. Nothing serious.

With the win, Mboko climbs to #73 in the live rankings. She was #351 a year ago.
