Traffic backed up on US-101 East near Woodman Ave around 9 PM Thursday after what appeared to be a Tesla Model Y rear-ended by a semi-truck. Two CHP units responded and closed the #2 lane while AAA towed the Tesla. I later saw the same tow truck pulling into a nearby parking lot.
