All my workplaces in Japan and my kids' schools (from elementary on) have had pads in the bathrooms. The school nurse always has them available, too.

Ah Data, a highlight, for sure! I loved them.
And if they're really not feeling TOS, that's fine. It's quite a few decades old at this point. Recognizing how revolutionary it was at the time and why is important, but sometimes that's not enough to enjoy it now. Best of luck!

Growing up, my favorites were definitely Voyager and DS9. Good on the kids for trying with TNG! You could throw in some Stargate SG1 to mix things up while they work through the original series?
