I was on a hiatus from my social media accounts for creative works. I just hadn't been able to work on it. It's like a hibernation, and now the spring comes and I feel my mental state has been getting more uplifted. I may start uploading some contents soon.

The auto voice-over feature on YouTube drives me crazy😖 Videos in Japanese get the AI voice-over in English automatically on a default, which is a bit annoying, but what is more, there's a bug and I cannot change it to the original sound in Japanese in its setting!

Having loads of work causes me so much stress, anxiety, and fatigue so working too hard is definitely not my style, I just remembered it. Now I'm getting work by my client in a tight schedule like been working for 35 hours without much sleep for the past 3 days... my brain is exhausted I'm dying

I knew I was a visual thinker, but I've just recently recognised that's the reason why it takes much effort to process my brain to verbalise my thoughts. It's mind-blowing to think that not everyone experiences this struggle. I always wondered why some people could say something without thinking.

辛いと感じるような自分に対して起こっているネガティブなことを、口に出して言うと悪いものを引き寄せるという言霊的なものと、言語化して口に出すことで実際にストレスを少しでも和らげるという精神医学・心理学的な観点の話があるけどどうなんだろ。
何故だか、辛いことを口にすると逆に脳がそれを認識して幸福感に悪影響が起こるような気がしてしまうのはやっぱり社会的・文化的価値観に大いに影響されているということなのかな

It's getting cold here in Japan and now I need to take a bath everyday to warm up my body. It's the best feeling... I remember one thing I miss the most when living abroad was this bath experience. Sauna was good, but I'd still prefer bathing/Onsen idk maybe because that's my home culture.
