ikr, i think if luocha or gallagher can use the LC they instantly also better (esp gallagher with his adv100% after ult) , but yeah hoyo gotta be greedy

E0 hyacine is actually okay (she's bis for casto only, worse for mydei healer slot), its the fucking LC that tips the scales hard (and they made it remembrance too, so you cannot "buff" your healer to use it) honestly its such a letdown...
