Phrases like "grow a set" support toxic masculinity. Shame reinforces toxic masculinity. These men are frightened emotional wrecks on the inside & they were raised to be that way. They were victims of toxic masculinity since they were toddlers so their Emotional Intelligence was stunted growing up.
