Man, we absolutely crushed today, but I am entirely freakin' wiped. Out here killin' it in 30° was not the smartest move. Almost got heat stroke even with a gallon of water. Scary stuff, but hey we survived!

Here's the final scorecard for tonight - into the time when I can get back into the gym to resume my incline sit ups and crunch routines.
Once I acclamate to incline sit ups with a set goal of 75 or more (30 is my current max per set) - we're going to tackle regular chest flies and lat pull downs!
