I really don't understand what my hometown is trying to accomplish. I thought Plano prouded itself on its forward-thinking regionally-aware leadership. Such a shame.
It's also worth noting that the Plano representatives on the board have been actively hostile to any improvements in service. DART has offered specific service improvements and even a 5% mobility program rebate that would return $42 million a year to Plano and Plano pursued legislation anyways

What a terrible interview @wfaach8.bsky.social . A lot of people will be hurt if this type of misinformation is allowed to go unchecked.

I have my complaints about DART. But taking away funding isn't how to address them. It infuriates and disappoints me that my home town is leading the charge to kneecap public transit. I urge you to contact your state reps to kill these bills. www.dallasnews.com/opinion/edit...

Today's my last day at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay. Got laid off after 10 years and a previous attempted layoff. Not thrilled that this wasn't on my terms but I'm trying not to take it personally and am looking forward to the future.

After seeing Wicked part 1 twice already, I can confirm that it's really really really good. I've seen Wicked on stage three times, and although live theatre is still magical, the movie is an experience in and of itself.
12/10, exceeded expectations, have seen it again, will see it again.
