Over all, it feels like her character was abruptly cut short to move Luka's character forward, with little regard to her character on its own and I'm just not living for it. A very dissapointing way to finish her arc, I'm kind of baffled by it

He doesn't do it because he is evil or dislikes him, he simply doesn't care about Hyun Woo. We don't see Luka particularly haunted by this event ever, especially showcased by how he approaches Hyuna as if nothing happened. He doesn't feel any guilt over it so Hyuna's speech feels very watered down.

I think Wiege clarified a misconception I see a lot, which is the idea that Luka cared about Hyun Woo because we clearly see in here that he doesn't. His every scene with Hyun Woo shows him indifferent at best and he is literally smiling while Hyuna cries over her dead brother

To Luka to panic at the idea of him getting hurt AND sacrifice herself so suddenly. It feels like her character was abruptly cut short to move Luka's character forward, especially with her monologue with which I also have problems with. It's a lot about forgiving himself but does he ever, like, gaf?

I understand Hyuna shouldered a lot of things on her own and probably never truly opened up to other members of the rebllion in a deep way but I would still call it having some sort of support system. So, with all of that in mind, it feels even more unbelievable that Hyuna would be attached enough-

They don't have anything else but each other. Hyuna, however, escaped Anakt and, not only did she build connections through the rebellion, she also got a cause to live for, something lacking in the rest of the cast (Until Mizi later down the road). She developed a support system, unlike the rest.

Herself in the way of incoming danger for him already feels out of left field, let alone all other details of how the sequence went. Another important thing is how different Hyuna is to the rest of the cast. We understand why MiziSua and IvanTill develop unhealthy attachments to each other.
