I really try to give Thanksgiving its shine and not start the Christmas music and movies until after, but this has been a crazy year and I need to deck some halls and jingle some bells a little earlier.

I just told my stepmom that I was having extreme anxiety about a family event and that I really didn’t wanna go but I ✨also✨ really didn’t wanna disappoint the family member throwing it and she said “Oh so you love her more than you love yourself, got it”
