Feeling pretty down becz got scammed by a long term client I trusted. We’d worked together for about 8 months and she promised to send payment after I gave her the final files. I sent everything on trust but she never paid or responded after that

One of my clients recently ran into a tricky artist
The artist was fairly new online and right off the bat, they requested a direct bank transfer and sent an email invoice instead of using a platform with buyer protection like PayPal goods & services
