Seeing people lose sleep to keep their schedules because they have so much going on in their lives outside of work makes me so sad man. Everybody would be healthier and happier if we could work more efficiently for 20 hours instead of half-efficient and less for 40 hours.

20 hours a week for fulltime with the proper pay would honestly improve so many people's lives instead of overworking people for 40 hours a week cause as much as a person may love working, I still think 20 hours a week is ideal and any hours extra can be ot and maxes out at 40 hours
