Yesterday we stocked up big time on the good ramen. We were checking out a place we've been wanting to hit for awhile now but happy we did! She likes fresh curry udon or tonkatsu and I'm a huge fan of the red miso bowl.

Um, what's the deal with these Labubu things? Pretty sure this isn't one of them, but she came in a blind box and we are happy to have her. Owner of the shop is trans owned so we'd rather give our cash to small stores than to huge conglomerates. #dollsky

I really hate this fucking shit. This is just the bedtime regimen. On top of that, our local pharmacy went out of business and the transition got all fucked up as they tossed patients to Walgreens and CVS. It took over a month to get me a few of them! Ineptitude! #bipolarsky

Paid a visit to our local anime/merch store (!) And found this little rarity. They have a lot of the blind box dolls but the owner opens them so you know which one you'll get. Saves on the frustration of getting a double. Couldn't decide which one I wanted. #dollsky

This shit is fucking ridiculous. I just had bloodwork done leading up this week's meeting with the doctor. I hate this so much. I've been flirting with mania most of the week, but the marijuana never fails to center me. It helps with slowdown so I can correct any mania. #bipolarsky

The young lady that I'm using to be the size difference is figma Mirai. Of course we'll be visiting Smartdoll Land, don't rush! The 2 vintage dolls are all gofun, but you can find these fairly frequently if you look for them. The little boy's always seem to be wearing Chinese clothes. #dollsky

The 2 dolls crawling on the floor are called Hai-Hai dolls and usually comes with toys in their hands. The one with the reddish color hair is the gofun version. The correct dyes down might not have been correct, but I also have a few dolls in this position. The sitting girl is vinyl. #dollsky

Back when I was really working on my research about these dolls, I came with some amusement that the Japanese had tried to replicate the mama sound in their own dolls. I have yet to see one work. The one in the blue dress came with that outfit. Full gofun body too. #dollsky #dollhistory

This little set is cute. In case you're wondering, yes. That is human hair that's used here. (Not all dolls but most). Where these originally from is also quite mysterious. Purchased on ebay. Got them home. Very traditional. They were in boxes for a international doll of the month club. #dollsky

This girl is one of my dolls that breaches past and present. She was made by a doll maker Sekiguchi (sic) the company that makes Momoko petworks and monchichi. She's vinyl and stuffing so unlike the others can actually sit down! This was made to be played with. #dollsky #dollhistory

Dinner for several days. The wife made some garlic bread but couldn't finish it. I used it, slathered some mayo on it and it was delicious. Garlic came right through! Best tomato sandwich I believe I've ever had. 🍜🍽

Having finished a project yesterday, spending a fun afternoon unboxing Monster High dolls. Holy crap, there's so many of them! There are, but a number of them have been sitting in the room for 2 years unboxed. Saving Operetta for last #dollsky #monsterhigh

2 hours of work, not counting the kitchen. I'm on disability for bipolar and will shamefully admit that the food pantries have helped immensely. Wife has been out of work and in the hospital fighting cancer for the last 10 days. Home now, but will still bitch when she sees this. 😅 #bipolarsky

Don't worry folks, it's just my elbow. Apparently I have only 1 good vein in my arms for bloodwork and it's sideways. I've had 3 rounds of this since they keep missing Depakote levels on the order. Hate it when they blow the vein out. 😑 #bipolarsky

Wife starts chemotherapy and radiation tomorrow morning and we wanted to have a good meal to get in a good space. This is Walter's Steakhouse in Wilmington DE. Unlike other fine dining places, you get lots of delicious food here. For what you get, prices are good too! Hands off my meatballs! 🤣🍜🍽
