But, if you have a loved one who is still alive, you can replicate their voice and image to some degree. Slap an LLM on there and you have Hallucinating Uncanny Valley Virtual Mom™, with no memories and no connection to you as a person. A lot of people would fall for the scam. It's gross.

Short answer, it wouldn't.
Long answer, there's no way in hell this could even remotely mimic a deceased loved one with current technology. LLMs predict the next most likely word in a sentence. They don't think, feel, have memories, etc. This is purely science fiction.
