AMAB genderfluid. Any pronouns are fine. Trump is not my president. (I'm British, after all.)
Scotland?!

Man, I live in England, and I could've been seeing things like this on long weekend trips this whole time?

I need to visit Staffa apparently this is amazing

I've always had the theory that some people feel empathy for other people, and respond negatively to it, because how dare those other people make me experience emotional pain?

This could lead to people considering empathy to be a bad thing, because it hurts.

It's low enough that it has to readjust its orbit every now and then or else the drag will cause it to fall and crash into the planet.

I'm going to skip the overdone correction about a word that doesn't really need to be gendered and instead say I am very jealous of how well this peacock is pulling off the look.

Therapy is a form of guidance, surely! I think it would probably be fine.

Huh. Kinda sucks that something that distresses you has stuck in your head for over ten years, then. You have my sympathies.

This is not sarcasm I genuinely do think that sucks.

That is... incredibly minor lore that hasn't been relevant in over a decade.

Why do you know that??

The fact that one and a half trillion dollars can just vanish into the aether kinda proves that none of the money in the stock market really exists or is useful to anyone.

Only atheists care about what's written in the Bible.

Holy crap I put my socks on like that too.

I've never met anyone else who does that.

Smart people are not immune to being wrong. Smart people are, in fact, very good at convincing themselves of things that aren't true.

Your digestive system has more control over how your brain behaves than your brain has control over how your digestive system behaves. Eat better food.

It was a pretty cool mechanic, but then the third game ended terribly in a way that totally ignored any previous choices.

What does this have to do with British taps historically being split into individual cold and hot taps because our hot water heaters were usually kept in the attic open to the elements, so the hot water couldn't be trusted to be safe?
December 10, 2024 at 7:08 PM
No, this is wrong.

We couldn't make sure the hot water was safe. ;)

Let's see, I could buy forty servings of black tea for £40 plus postage... or I could go to my local supermarket and buy 240 servings for £5.

I think I'll stick to the local supermarket, thanks.
