While I know that the conversation is about hybrid mana, what about split cards? Research // Discovery is a Temur (URG) but can we be allowed to play it in Izzet or Simic decks as long as you play the fraction that’s aligned to your color identity?

Reminds me of the Extended format before Wizard replaced it with Modern. After its last rotation (TSP-DKA), it was like a bigger standard with their dominating decks, which made people not enjoy it (ex. UB fae w/ Jace). I took my ALA-ZEN standard Jund deck and just needed to replace a few cards.

So, it means with “Enter the Dungeon” or “Shahrazad,” it will only end that sub game, but not the official game?

I don’t think that combo works. Solemnity works with Dark Depths and Phyrexian Unlife. Divine Intervention requires you to remove a counter to trigger its draw. Since it enters without any counters and you can’t add any, it does nothing. I may be wrong - it’s oracle text’s not updated.

I want to have fun costumes this year. This year is depressing and don’t want to contribute to that with a dark horror costume like the reaper or a slasher character.

I’ve built that deck back when it was affordable, and I’ll tell you this - that deck was INSANE!!! Many times, I’ve pulled the combo on my 1st turn and won. Definitely the most powerful Standard deck of all time.

I’m assuming it’s because wizards will never reprint the product, so it’s one-of-a-kind that’s out-of-print (same for all sealed products). The cards themselves will be reprinted multiple times, so it’s cheaper to get individuals and replicate the deck from there.

For a minute, I thought it was an anthem for wraith creatures, making them all unblockable. That would be insane with the LoTR wraiths.

This was one of the most powerful creatures at that time, along with Akroma, Scion of Darkness, Darksteel Colossus, Broodstar and Pristine Angel. I played with the Baloth in a BG onslaught block deck and it was insane.

Love the movie! One of my favorites! There’s a documentary that’s really goes in-depth about these camps called “Camp Out” and some movies like “Boy Erased” and “the Miseducation of Cameron Post” are really good.

I believe that’s the film that did poorly due to political reasons. Because of the ‘American Eagle’ ad controversy, people are not watching anything with Sidney Sweeney right now.
