Omg, is it possibly a 3 second hold?? I spooked myself and bent my legs and spooked myself again and had to roll out but woooo for progress!!!

Not me clapping for my longest (2.5 seconds) handstand yet while I work out alone. 😬💀😂 I’m also working on how to be my own biggest cheerleader, cuz I suck at that too 😂

This year was full of the ups and downs life likes to hand out. For the first time in a long time I’m at the end of it and full of love as I choose to be thankful for all of the ups. Moments certainly turned to memories. 💖💖💖
