I've been liking this lately, Zebra bLen, I like how "sharp"? the tip feels? It feels very precise. The ink is very dark, I like it. I only ever use cheap pens so I don't know much better. I like the feel of the chassis, very smooth, uses some of that gummy texture stuff towards the tip for grip

Alt-J - An Awesome Wave (2012). It sounds really emblematic of the time, has quite a few recognizable songs from the era-- "Breezeblocks," "Tesselate," impossible to divorce it from 2012 It wasn't really my thing. A lot of the songs were very similar sounding to my ear.

Hundreds of Beavers (2022) Really, really funny and imaginative. Felt like forever but enjoyed it all the way through. Really funny slapstick. Interesting 2D elements, funny costumes and puppets, and an incredible horse costume. There is hardly a moment that goes by without a joke,

All About Lily Chou-Chou (2001) Having loved the album (Breath/呼吸), gave the movie a try. A movie with some strange quality told through scattered scenes following a teen boy falling into a life of violent delinquency. A movie that reveals little about its own future. Dark and sentimental, unsubtle.

All About Lily Chou-Chou (2001) Having loved the album (Breath/呼吸), gave the movie a try. A movie with some strange quality told through scattered scenes following a teen boy falling into a life of violent delinquency. A movie that reveals little about its own future. Dark and sentimental, unsubtle.
Gorillaz - Cracker Island (2023). It was okay. It was a Gorillaz album. A little groovy, a little nerdy, seems built for playing on satellite radio. A lot of it kind of unremarkable but not bad. Gorillaz. Never heard Stevie Nicks sound so much like a gray alien

Fargo (1996) Loved it. Really funny. Great movie that explores the culture of a place someone like me probably doesn't think about too much. You love seeing it go wrong for the bad guys. phenomenal performances from everyone. Marge is so convincingly good at her job. Interesting short subplot

Caroline Polacheck - Desire I Want to Turn Into You (2023). First listened today. Really liked it. Never heard her other albums, though I have listened to Chairlift and some of her songs here and there. Felt very "cool," clean, smooth.
