APRG boss battle mock-up made for a digital painting class I taught at Brassart school in Tours last spring. We started with silhouette's iterations to find the design of the boss, then worked on the UI and then moved to a top down isometric view.

Part of a class at #EcoleBRASSART: creating thumbnails with grayscale, using custom shapes to generate designs, and using different techniques to create different moods and ambiances.

I didn't have any time to draw something for spooky-month...But I did this a few years ago, so it somewhat counts?

I somehow managed to speed-paint this yesterday in just 10 minutes, while demonstrating in class how to draw an Avatar-like glowing tree, only to struggle and sweat for 20 minutes and paint it worse during my second class.
Ah art, you're a tricky evil thing to tame sometimes!
