Well, that's wrong - they only are in very special cases; but UNGA-requested advisories are not binding. Will he correct the record?

Guineas have gone out of fashion, but it is pleasant to learn that senior lawyers in Bombay/Mumbai still quote (or at least quoted until recently) their fees in gold mohurs, at the rate of 15 rupees per mohur.
