No. Stock is up 39% over past 6 months. He owns approx 13% of shares. With a market cap of $911B, that means he holds about $118B in stock. Even if they take that from him he's going to make far more on SpaceX through defense contracts. Hate the guy, but he's safe. He'd pay off one loan with another
