I’ll admit I don’t know so I’ll ask, is it drowning in paperwork due to local, state, and/or federal regulations? Could it be possible to unload that nonsense if local parties handled the paperwork? Also why can’t local/county parties act as campaign treasurer to coordinate as the mutual hub?

Perhaps the mutual aid hub could be the state party, via the county parties? That being said, the national party needs to be avoided, using the county and building up
