Sorry, not sure if you got my reply. Can you try to clear your cart and then place separate orders for digital and physical items?

Sorry, we are unsuccessful so far! Can you possibly try the following:
1. Remove all items from your cart
2. Place a separate order for digital download
3. Place the order for the physical books.
4. For both, if Paypal is not working, try Venmo. These steps should work.
