Yes! As someone with foot probs who also walks a lot, getting professionally fitted for walking shoes (and whatever inserts/etc. are needed) was a game changer.

Wholeheartedly agree. My wife and I both work with kids and families—the stark reality is that many people hate children and happily uphold the systems that punish and oppress them. I often say to adults that “kids are people too” and the number of people that scoff or think I’m joking is telling.
