yeah thats the fun of deckbuilding! you could also think of it in terms of fairy tale focus vs dragonoid focus
(constantino can give you double triggers on things like tinker bell and dalice if you build for fairy tale control which is what im probably trying first :3)

(again, i have not tested him yet so i could be wrong here, but ive found in general a streamlined main engine lets you tailor your non-engine stuff a little more)

Got it! Ok so my initial take when looking at his support is:
frog and crown being really good for a control build
Beekeeper, weapon, dragon power, and dreams of flight being an otk build
Constantino and shaman are great for both
So id make both versions separately and see what you like more

I have yet to try Millium but when I do I can definitely give you my thoughts if you want. Are you trying to optimize him for competitive or do you want to keep it casual? (how much flavor are you willing to sacrifice?)
