I've been thinking about this and I like to share this with y'all. Also he's not gonna be bald or have short hair and shit like that. He's gonna be handsome as possible and a little similar to the historical one but fictional!

Hear me out-
Vlad Dracula Tepes (full name and shit), known to all people of Romania as the Devil Dragon.

Dracula translates dragon/devil or son of Dracul from what I found out.

As both vampire and dragon, he could be unstoppable, kinda.
