Delivered collaboratively by the City of Ottawa, BGC Ottawa and the OCH Foundation, this 6-month bilingual program provides youth (aged 16-21) living in Ottawa with post-secondary orientation, employment training, work placements and mentorship.

Our 2025 Youth Futures cohort took part in a hands-on CPR & First Aid training session led by Ottawa Paramedic Services! Thanks to their expert guidance, our youth gained valuable life-saving skills & emergency response knowledge. Huge thanks to #Ottawa Paramedic Services for an impactful workshop!

The Youth Futures Interview Day was a significant event that our #youth participated in last Saturday. All of our 140+ youth had the opportunity to interview with one of our 15 employer partners from across the city. Work placements are a key component of this program.
