A group of more than ten people detained today somewhere in Chicagoland were brought to the Broadview ICE facility around 12:40 PM, lined up outside a white van, with some zip-tied and several wearing lime green jackets with a partially visible logo.

A group of more than ten people detained today somewhere in Chicagoland were brought to the Broadview ICE facility around 12:40 PM, lined up outside a white van, with some zip-tied and several wearing lime green jackets with a partially visible logo.
This morning, Border Patrol agents chased and pulled a daycare staff member from her workplace, abducting her. She was shouting “I have papers!” as parents dropping off their children watched in horror.

During a mass outside the Broadview ICE facility, Catholic clergy tried to bring communion to those detained inside. Despite following all protocols, they were stopped on Beach Street and denied entry.

Mass is being held outside of the Broadview ICE facility good morning I hope November 1st. They requested access to provide communion to those detained inside though it's been denied they will still try after their Mass service.

Today, 10/31 in Albany Park, a neighborhood in Chicago. Filmed by a local resident. ICE detaining/apprehending several people. One of the agent pulls his gun out and points it at those who had gathered on the sidewalk. Source of video unknown at this time

On October 29, for the fourth consecutive Wednesday, neighbors gathered at Oakton and Dodge in Evanston, Illinois, to protest ICE and the Trump administration, and to show love and support for their immigrant community. Everyone here lives within a block or two of the corner.
