First time I experienced muscle spasms while running. Like 😖😖😖😣😣😣 GAAAAH! I still was able to finish, rest for 2 hours, and then second more painful spasm!

I guess I am now officially an Athlete? 😅😝

And also, #obesity. I've been eating too much because of #stress.
