It depends. But the prices Swedish consumers pay are almost unrelated to generating costs, which are amongst the lowest anywhere in the world. The bulk of Swedish consumer electricity prices is made up of grid costs (in a large, empty country) and taxes

Also, Sweden has some of lowest wholesale electricity prices in Europe. Once you get fossil fuels out of the generation mix, there is no longer a floor on the price due to fuel costs.
