Been growing in the old facial hair after always shaving it off. Decided to forego cheek and neck hair and trimmed that off today. Don't know why it took til the age of 44 to decide to do this.

I have a lot of spoons today (look up spoon theory), so I'm actually up and dressed in people clothes in the morning. I'll also be streaming Atomfall this afternoon. Tomorrow, I might not be able to move, but it'll be worth having one day where I feel normal.

This is me putting a brave face on things. I'm actually exhausted, in pain, and really frigging anxious. In good news, I have a letter from my GP to help me in my PIP tribunal in a couple of weeks. Is it wrong that I'm hoping to have a bad day so they can see how wrong the initial decision was?

Day 2 on the island has been busy. I moved into my house, I invited 3 more people to this deserted mess, there's an owl, the creepy twins are building a shop, I caught a tarantula and there's a meteor shower. Time for an evening swim to catch enough creatures to pay off the house expansion. #acnh
