Really my first NetGalley eARC, Angel Down by Daniel Kraus. Really digging it so far. Watching The Wheel of Time Season 3.

Just finished Lonesome Dove yesterday, I see why it's such a beloved book, it's so influential on anything western themed written in the last 40 years

Oh man, I wish I could reread those books for the first time again, so so great

100% Chris is scamming you & Nat, he's taken multiple trips to the Tower, including the Tower adjacent books. He knows too much and his insight is too spot on! He's going to show up to the book 7 recording carrying the Horn of Eld.

As Matt continues to drop hints that he's secretly considering cannibalism, I'd like to recommend a book, The Lamb by Lucy Rose, it makes everything sound so tasty, think it might just push Matt over the edge!

I'd throw Waubgeshig Rice's Moon of the Crusted Snow into that lost as well

Great way to start the new incarnation of the Kingcast ... Can't wait for T3

Love weird westerns, great list and now I have more on my TBR!

Over 2 hours long, sweet! Can't believe Chris hasn't read King before!

Just started my reread yesterday too. This is my first time with King's revised edition. Looking forward to Neil's deep dive!

Ha, I just got there... Love how you're giving your author friends little cameos!

Yep, Haunting of Room 904 is on the list of most anticipated in 2025!

Glad I'm not the only one who thought this
December 22, 2024 at 3:54 PM
I think I'm most excited for this in 2025
December 22, 2024 at 3:53 PM
It was so cool hearing your name dropped!

He did Stephen King's "Eyes of the Dragon" and killed it, his Flagg is terrifying.

Literally picked up The Ferver on Friday, finished it Sunday. Great book, loved the use of historical fiction, looking forward to reading more of your work!

Oh you're in for a treat! Great book, I too did the audiobook. There's a lot going on there. I went to read some theories on Reddit after, which makes me want to do a reread already, but on a physical copy.

Christopher Buehlman and Waubgeshig Rice

Bronson Pinchot is the audiobook narrator, highly recommended! His Flagg is dripping with malevolence, the running up the stairs scene at the end is epic!

Jealous, looking forward to this one next year!

Are you covering the 1982 novel, or the 2003 revised edition? It's time for another journey to the Tower!
