and it's totally understandable in my opinion. if you have a good relationship with somebody that could make a difference i say it's worth at least trying to have a conversation. (i know it's hard 😞)

the main thing is don't let a job overwork you or make you think that you shouldn't be taking time off just because they aren't set up correctly.

dealing with the same thing too 🫩 i just started talking to the higher ups more openly. not blaming anyone, but saying that there's a lot that only I do/I know how to do and that I want to figure out a way to avoid knowledge silos. could also be a way of asking for more money or a promotion maybe?
