The "Eastern destroying angel" (Amanita bisporigera)

Being the most toxic North American amanita mushroom, it sure does catch the eye.

There are no known medicinal uses. It is being studied for its interaction with cancer cells.

White meadowsweet (Spiraea alba)
An herb in the rose family. Traditionally used as a medicine to alleviate joint pain, heartburn, upset stomach, and more. The pollen from this plant was used as a flavouring for mead. It is also a great butterfly attractant.
