Should we increase preventive measures such as the use of a humidifier and #TxA with every episode of #epistaxis or #HMB or should we use prophylaxis in patients with #vWD and persistent bleeding that interfere with their lives? There may be benefit to prophylaxis ashpublications.org/bloodadvance...

A patient with no prior bleeding history, develops unexplained bleeding, high PTT, lowFVIII and a FVIII inhibitor.😳 Do you let them
