Should we increase preventive measures such as the use of a humidifier and #TxA with every episode of #epistaxis or #HMB or should we use prophylaxis in patients with #vWD and persistent bleeding that interfere with their lives? Bleed, immunosuppress them- if so with what? Do you give them emicizumab? Dr Jacqueline Poston explains in “Advances in Acquired Hemophilia A”. #AHA #BenignHeme
